Hello, Tom here long time customer. I called this morning 1/25/21 about a small leak on the RO system. Your very friendly phone rep said she.would have someone stop by today. Tech Joe Dierkes called late afternoon and said he would be over in 15 minutes. Then I got a text with his info. Very impressive. He arrived and quickly analyzed the problem and ordered parts right away. Explaining the office or the tech will contact me when they have parts. That is what I call top notch service. Thank you Joe. And yes he was very safety savvy and had his mask on before exiting his vehicle. Great service!
I was very impressed by mr. Chamberlain he was very prompt he arrived on time as promised and he explained to me that my water was fine and that he would not push to sell something I did not need and in this world today that is such a refreshing thing not to force you to buy something just because thank you so much for your time and I would recommend your company to anybody that would need a water treatment thank you so much
My wife and I would like to thank you for solving our water issue. We are in a home we built a year ago and our builder could have cared less about our having potable water and I’m sure many others are in same situation. Our water tastes delicious! For first time in over a year we do not have to buy water! Thank you so much!

Cort was our technician, and he exemplified courtesy, professionalism and integrity.
Luckily our equipment was an easy fix, but we didn't know that. We could have easily been taken advantage of/charged for parts or service we didn't need. Cort didn't do that. Instead, he made sure I understood how our equipment is supposed to work before he left.
We have always had great service from Water World and are, beyond a doubt, their loyal customers.
The Techs did not communicate fully what they did. The first Tech turned the valves to bypass the osmosis system and turned off the breaker to it. Laundry day was the day after the second Tech did the replacement. We ran out of water just as I was finishing my shower. Checking outside the storage tank was empty; the circuit breaker was not turned back on! Our tank is now full
Try to up sell me. The tech was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. This was and continues To be a positive experience. Highly recommend

The scheduling is always great, making payments is always easy. The employees, team that work here are like a fine tuned machine with personality. From the office to the field workers I have never encountered anyone mean, nasty or unreliable. This team just works great together and are always good to the customers!
The guys always arrive when they say, I get a text with all the employees information and a picture so I know who’s coming. I think the picture identification is AWSOME due to all the scams we’ve had going on these days.
My pump just broke, they were here the same day and fixed it! So I was not without water more then a couple hours which is unheard of these days.
The prices are a big deal to me, as the prices are more then reasonable and fair. They never price gauge or change prices on you during a job, very forthcoming on prices.
The guys that come are always very nice, professional, and they always clean up there area where they are working . They don’t leave any salt bags, tools or trash laying around!

Today Johan serviced my reverse osmosis machine. He was very thorough, efficient, and well informed. I even found out that he can service other equipment I have. He did a great job and I will use him on all my equipment in the future.

Side note- Darryl is our main tech. He is one of the most professional and knowledgeable techs out there. He is always taking time to answer my excessive questions, lol. He has taken time to go over details of the system and how it works. He is never condescending. He is never rude or acts like he is in a rush and has no time for us. He really is a great tech.
With a service plan, you don't pay for service calls or part replacement. Yes you read that right! All part of the plan. All worth it!

Darryl came out who was very nice but never solved the problem of lower pressure coming out of kitchen sink and bathroom sinks. House is 7 months old and now the water stinks like sulfur. The two issues were never solved. I asked if we can turn pressure above 70 which it is set at and he said he would not recommend it. So I guess I am now stuck with low pressure and sulfur smell. My one year warranty for new house is up in 5 months and I will probably look for another company to take over water system. Again nice they fit me in after begging and service tech is nice but problem never solved. He did recommend CLR for kitchen sink and I went out and got it and soaked the head in it but no difference.
