Hello, Tom here long time customer. I called this morning 1/25/21 about a small leak on the RO system. Your very friendly phone rep said she.would have someone stop by today. Tech Joe Dierkes called late afternoon and said he would be over in 15 minutes. Then I got a text with his info. Very impressive. He arrived and quickly analyzed the problem and ordered parts right away. Explaining the office or the tech will contact me when they have parts. That is what I call top notch service. Thank you Joe. And yes he was very safety savvy and had his mask on before exiting his vehicle. Great service!

My wife and I would like to thank you for solving our water issue. Jay was a joy to work with. After Ian my system never worked properly. Another company couldn't fix it . I call Water World and Jay came out and said it was maybe fixable, but no guarantee . We went with the new one and I have never had better water pressure and taste this good. Jay rearranged things to make it more convenient. Explaining everything he was doing and making it look so good. He's a keeper.

As I'm sure you all have already read in previous reviews Darryl is a fantastic technician, well he didn't let me down with the quality of workmanship he preformed at my residents. I can't say enough about this company Jon, Veronica and Wendy, are wonderful. I look forward in doing business in the future with Water World. Oh and my water taste amazing !!!!

We called for service following Hurricane Ian, unsure about what condition it had left our water treatment equipment.Cort was our technician, and he exemplified courtesy, professionalism and integrity.Luckily our equipment was an easy fix, but we didn't know that. We could have easily been taken advantage of/charged for parts or service we didn't need. Cort didn't do that. Instead, he made sure I understood how our equipment is supposed to work before he left.We have always had great service from Water World and are, beyond a doubt, their loyal customers.

Service was prompt when I told them pump would not reset. Tech came out and confirmed my believe we needed a new house pump for our full house reverse osmosis system. The next day the pump got replaced.The Techs did not communicate fully what they did. The first Tech turned the valves to bypass the osmosis system and turned off the breaker to it. Laundry day was the day after the second Tech did the replacement. We ran out of water just as I was finishing my shower. Checking outside the storage tank was empty; the circuit breaker was not turned back on! Our tank is now full

Darryl was great. Knowledgeable but didn't oversell any thing we didn't need. Gave us excellent advice for maintaining our carbon system. Scheduled us right away and even offered to come a day earlier. We're really satisfied with the service and fair price.

This company is always spot on! I can’t thank them enough for the service they provide. I’m on a regular maintenance for my well system and I never have to worry about it. The ladies in the office are extremely nice and understanding, especially if your in a panic mode with no water.The scheduling is always great, making payments is always easy. The employees, team that work here are like a fine tuned machine with personality. From the office to the field workers I have never encountered anyone mean, nasty or unreliable. This team just works great together and are always good to the customers!The guys always arrive when they say, I get a text with all the employees information and a picture so I know who’s coming. I think the picture identification is AWSOME due to all the scams we’ve had going on these days.My pump just broke, they were here the same day and fixed it! So I was not without water more then a couple hours which is unheard of these days.The prices are a big deal to me, as the prices are more then reasonable and fair. They never price gauge or change prices on you during a job, very forthcoming on prices.The guys that come are always very nice, professional, and they always clean up there area where they are working . They don’t leave any salt bags, tools or trash laying around!Thanks to “my team” at water-world!Thanks Team Water-World! 😁

I am updating my review. I have Waterworld come annually to change the filters on my reverse osmosis machine. I was having some trouble with the water pressure after the filter change. Darryl came today to check it out. He was extremely thorough and worked on the machine to try to correct the issue. I really appreciate his thoroughness and I know if it's still not right he will be glad to come again to fix it. This is a great company to work with and Darryl is the best.Today Johan serviced my reverse osmosis machine. He was very thorough, efficient, and well informed. I even found out that he can service other equipment I have. He did a great job and I will use him on all my equipment in the future.

We needed a new osmosis purification system, so we called Water World and decided on the PuROMax Reverse Osmosis System. John explained everything and Wendy set us up with a date two days later! Our technician was Jay and he did an amazing job with the installation. It is so much better than the system we had and the water pressure is terrific at both the sink and the refrigerator. Water World also provides follow-up service and annual filter replacements. Jay even wiped up the sink and counter which NEVER happens! He explained everything and didn't leave until we had no more questions. This experience has been so refreshing compared to other contractors. I can highly recommend Water World - you won't be disappointed. They will make sure of that!

We were very pleased with the excellent customer service and quality system they installed. John gave us the estimate and everything he said would happen did. Darryl did the installation. He showed up on time and completed the installation in a little over 3 hours just as John said. He was professional, knowledgeable and and friendly. Our water is so much better. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. We didn't get a hard sell, in fact the first thing John said was that our current water softener was an excellent brand and still had plenty of life in it. We did contract for a Watershield Sulfer Block system to replace our aerator with a compact, closed unit that removes the sulfur and will also provide some purification. Installation was scheduled for two days later, and Jay did a wonderful job, installing the new unit, placing the new PVC piping exactly where I asked, and carting off our old aerator. We couldn't be more pleased with this company!

Jay did a very nice job installing our water treatment system. He took the time and effort to move a three inch layer of stones out of the way, level the ground in two separate locations and at the same time avoid damaging our plantings. I had offered to dig up and move them but he assured me he could install the two units, pipes and wiring in and among the plants. He has complete knowledge of the systems and answered all my questions in a patient manner. The install was on time, neat and clean. Jay is a plus factor representative for Water World.

Over the past 2yrs Water World has been maintaining our water system. We absolutely LOVE them! Everyone that works there has been professional & they are all about making sure our needs are met. Very customer satisfaction oriented. They have quick response times. They have a great communication system set up that text & emails us with details of our upcoming service. They even text us the day of service with a time frame of arrival & a picture of the tech that is coming. That is such a bonus. We have their Service Package that includes delivery & installation of salt for the system, cleaning the system, checking all aspects of the system to make sure everything is running properly. The package also includes replacement of filters for our sink water spout which is also our ice machine water source. I referred my Momma to them and she signed up. They sent me a referral fee.For real, I really cannot say enough about how thankful we are for Water World.SO STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND CALL WATER WORLD RIGHT NOW! Called for service and they said it would take a week to get to me but after I begged and pleaded they made room for me in the next day which was nice.Darryl came out who was very nice but never solved the problem of lower pressure coming out of kitchen sink and bathroom sinks. House is 7 months old and now the water stinks like sulfur. The two issues were never solved. I asked if we can turn pressure above 70 which it is set at and he said he would not recommend it. So I guess I am now stuck with low pressure and sulfur smell. My one year warranty for new house is up in 5 months and I will probably look for another company to take over water system. Again nice they fit me in after begging and service tech is nice but problem never solved. He did recommend CLR for kitchen sink and I went out and got it and soaked the head in it but no difference.

Darryl installed our Under Counter Reverse Osmosis in the kitchen a week and a half ago. The experience was great I received text messages to let me know about the appointment, reminder a day before and when he was on his way. I was very impressed on how neat he worked and left everything it was like he was never here but we have great water now. No more buying bottled water to cook, make tea, coffee and drink and the taste of the water is great. Very impressed will definitely recommend. Wish would've done this sooner.

Have been with Water World since 2004. Their filtering systems are first class, I have an outside and a under the sink system water is excellent to drink as well as for showers and washing clothes. The support at Water World is professional, knowledgeable and very responsive with team members like Veronica Smalls. The technicians such as Jay Swartz that install, service and maintain the systems are also exceptional. They keep you informed and answer all questions, provide options and let you know what will happen next and are on time. We have a maintenance program which I would highly recommend. It is cost effective makes support easy. Great filtering systems (which we need in Sarasota County), exceptional costs, outstanding support.

The service is very good! The guys check everything and any concerns I have at the time. Alway very communicative about appointments times of arrival and what they are doing for the appointment. The guys are all pleasant and personable. The office rep is very pleasant and helpful on the phone . Any changes I need to make with scheduling or payments , the office is always very accommodating . I like the text I get before they come with the technicians information and a up to date picture, that is a plus in these times! Thank you all!
